A power float concrete flooring is hard enough for a factory flooring. If you order concrete grade 30 and above, then you can get the hardness of the floor as per expected. In this case, what other flooring can be harder than your floor? Why need to apply another layer of epoxy on top which the strength may not reach your expectation?

We do polishing work on top of the concrete floor, make the surface smooth, shine and seal the surface. Nothing will be peel off from the floor except the concrete surface being damage. We have done a lot of factory in KL, Penang, Kuala Terengganu and Seremban to transform the epoxy flooring to polished concrete floor and also polish new concrete floor for finishes.

Some architect may request to apply densifier to harder further the concrete flooring. It all depend on your concrete floor condition. If your concrete is hard enough, you can skip the densifier.

The advantage of having polished concrete floor?
- Easy maintain. You only need to wipe the floor 2 time a week.
- Nothing to peel off. The concrete floor is one layer by itself. Strong enough for the factory daily operation.
How long usually I need to call you back for maintenance / polishing?
- if your maintenance work done well, then you no need to contact me again for the polishing work. Unless the maintenance work not done properly, then may be every 3 years to get us to grind and polish again.

What is the disadvantage of the polished concrete flooring for factory?
- Due to you may use forklift or pallet truck with high traffic, you may lift scatches on the floor, but as long as the wheel is rubber wheel, then is fine. If solid rubber wheel, you may need to be careful when using.
- the electric stacker that using battery, you might need to be careful with the battery water, that may spill on the floor and the stain/ mark is not able to remove as it has been penetrating to the concrete.
